What’s up runners, neighbors, hybrid-athletes, cool kids on the block 😎

We got activities happening in April already and we’re just getting started 💪

We’ve got the Expo bike path tomorrow with the Safe Streets route on Sunday - it might be a bit different but it’ll still be all the safe streets!

April Hike Club is going to be April 26th so put it in your phone, on your kitchen calendar, in day planner, Palm Pilot, or where you put your events you don’t want to miss. Tell your mom so she can remind you if you have to!

EXPO BIKE PATH BABY
Nice little lap around the neighborhood before we hit Tiny’s bar afterwards for some Happy Hour!

We’ll head there after the run, and if we like it, we might make it a weekly regularity or just keep you on your toes guessing if we want to social or not (I don’t make the rules, I just write these emails 💁‍♀️)

Sunday’s Route

Sunday 04/13

Safe streets route with the Sawtelle Neighborhood Council is back for round TWO. We might run it the way the council mapped it, we might turn right instead of left like we did last week (turning left is for nascar drivers amiright?? 🏎️)

If you see Brendon, Marius, or Walt (your fellow councilmen and councilchairmen) tell them about how you hate how confusing the roundabouts by stoner park are.

I avoid them harder than I’m avoiding my taxes this week (why am I like this??)

We’ll start at Stoner Park at the corner of Stoner and Missouri and end at Good People coffee.

They have coffee ☕️, we bring them good people. It’s a fair trade (and I think the coffee is too! But don’t quote me…)

What’s Happening On Heylo

We got a 10k run event up for you wild childs that want to run to the beach next Saturday. We’ll get food or something after so you can #treatyoself after the sweatfest

David Michelson, founder, CEO and supreme leader of Chinese Yap Club has another meetup next Wednesday the 16th at 7pm at Westwood 99Ranch. You can follow them on Instagram for all the details on that.

We’re gonna put out more flyers in the coming days so if you know where all the average paced runners are hanging out (can’t let the new folks upstage us now), let us know!
