We got 2 runs for this week with a new route for Thursday!

And a reminder that the National Running Day Desert Run is tonight at 7pm @ Stoner

Thursday 06/05

We’ve got a new Thursday route for you running through South Sawtelle!

Easy square through the south part of the neighborhood, hopefully good vibes as we get to run in a part of town we haven’t ran in a while!

Collis will be out of town for this run and I’m hitting DTLA Art Night post run so social hour is again going to be self organized if anyone is interested in leading that effort, I’ll rally the troops for you!

Brentwood Vibes Then Coffee ☕️

We’ll run up to see the nice folks in Brentwood on the local business patios and drop back down to Good People in Sawtelle to a patio of our own

Come hang and grab coffee post run (even if you don’t run, we’re back at Good People by 10am)!

National Run Day Dessert Run

Wednesday June 4th

Next Wednesday, June 4th is National Run Day!

We’re hosting a fun 2 mile run for everyone! It’s a fun little 2 mile run from Stoner Park to B Sweet in Sawtelle

It’s for anyone that wants to come meet some new people, grab some dessert and run with a purpose! (for guilt free dessert!)

The YMCA is looking for volunteers on Thursday mornings! If you know anyone interested, pass it along!
