We hurt our quads last week chasing after a waterfall during May Hike Club. Now it’s time to get back to running!

We’re Squared Up In Sawtelle (kinda looks like a fist, even though the butt crack is funnier)

Easy running through neighborhood, good vibes, no hills

I’m booked already post run but I’ll host a vote for those of you that want to hang post Thursday run

Sawtelle 10k Long Run To The Beach May 23rd

We’re gonna meet at the Expo stop on Bundy and Exposition and run up to San Vicente and take that to the beach.

We’ll find some place to grab breakfast and a snack then take the expo line back to our cars on Bundy

Sunday 05/24

VA Loop then Coffee ☕️

The sitting toe-touch route through the VA is back. We’ll tour the VA, get a good breeze along the 405 then head back down Ohio to Good People

It’s a good route to keep your Strava interesting😜

Anyways, you guys know the drill 🔨

Jonny is hosting a crosswalk painting event Saturday morning to bring back some life to the neighborhood.

He’s looking for 5 folks to join him on his mission to revive the streets of Sawtelle.
