We’re Squared Up In Sawtelle one last time for the month of May, nice easy square with a crack (like a true runners a**!)

Easy running through neighborhood, good vibes, no hills but definitely some tempting food smells!

I’m skating post-run on Thursday, but will be posting a poll in Heylo for those of you interested in social hour shenanigans!

Brentwood Vibes pre Coffee ☕️

We’ll run up to see the nice folks in Brentwood sip coffee on the local business patios and drop back down to Good People to a patio of our own

Anyways, you guys know the drill 🔨

Come hang and grab coffee post run (even if you don’t run)!

National Run Day Dessert Run

Wednesday June 4th

Next Wednesday, June 4th is National Run Day!

We’re hosting a fun 2 mile run for everyone! It’s a fun little 2 mile run from Stoner Park to B Sweet in Sawtelle

It’s for anyone that wants to come meet some new people, grab some dessert and run with a purpose! (for guilt free dessert!)

Saturday’s 10K to the beach was a blast!

I did not see Don Cheddle but I still had a great run even if Alex P. left us in his dust!

We had breakfast at Marmalade Cafe after crashing an unofficial race happening along Oceanview drive
